Boo Boo Stewart Interview (pg. 2)

Boo Boo Stewart was a stunt double on Beowulf.

Sindy: You worked as a stunt kid in Beowulf. What kind of stunts did you have to do?
Boo Boo Stewart: We did wire works. I had to do a scene where I had to run up this guy and spin. It was really fun, it was a little crazy!

Sindy: Did you ever get injured on the set?
Boo Boo Stewart: No, never injured!

Sindy: Did you get to hang with Angelina Jolie at all?
Boo Boo Stewart: No, Angelina Jolie filmed everything separately, so I never got to meet her. I did meet Crispin Glover though!

Sindy: Are you touring with your group, T-Squad, right now?
Boo Boo Stewart: We actually just finished up the tour and we're doing individual dates like all around the country, so it's pretty fun.

Sindy: Ever had any crazy fan encounters while you were on tour?
Boo Boo Stewart: Yeah, I was at a football game one time and when we were walking away, we had to run like crazy cuz all these fans had my arm! They were trying to rip my arm off and we were running and running... oh sorry, but I have to go back to filming my commercial with Hannah Montana!

Sindy: Okay Boo Boo, we'll catch up with you another time!

It included a lot of mature themes and it really connects with today's older youth. You mean violence wise? Not just that, but the show tells the stories of the characters finding themselves. Take Asami for example. A lot of people have a late relative and another relative involved in some kind of trouble. She had her relationships AND family business to take care of, which relates to some of today's youth who feel like they have the whole world on their shoulders. They're starting to have to take responsibility for things they can hardly manage, and seeing the triumph of a character like Asami is truly inspiring. Her mother's dead, her father's in prison, her boyfriend was stolen from her, and her business nearly failed. But she did not give up, which sends a positive message to today's generation of teens. Mako was not stolen from Asami he just chose Korra and everyone knows that thats what people wanted. As messed up as that sounds its the truth.
