Tackle rough terrain, snow and even water with the high-speed Terrainiac remote control vehicle! Here’s our review.

Ready for some off-road action? The Terrainiac Radio Control Vehicle is! The latest monster from the Tyco R/C labs is a mean-lookin' remote control... uh... thing. It uses a massive back tire that to go flying across everything from roads to dirt trails, snow and even water! Not only is it built tough for rough terrain, it's so fast that - if you can catch it on foot - you should join the track team. Unfortunately, it's too fast for indoors and it needs lots of space to take corners. It loses traction on slippery ground and snow too, so it sometimes needs a swift kick to get started. However, once it's going, it's a rocket - especially when it's kicking up a big spray crossing water! Built like a tank and with a rechargeable battery pack, the Terrainiac is great fun for the wild outdoors.

It's tough enough to take a pounding.

Excellent range on the remote control.

It's almost impossible to take tight corners.

It loses traction on snow and slippery ground.
