To determine who has picture perfect lips, Softlips will look at the shape of your lips and the symmetry between the top and bottom lip, as well as the texture, natural color and degree of fullness. Lips should be smooth and healthy, so that means no chapped, cracked or flaking smackers!

Sorry guys, but this contest is only open to the girls. If you're a US resident and at least 13 years old, then put your lips to work and apply. To apply for the Softlips "Picture Perfect Lips" Search, fill out an entry form and submit a photo of yourself that really shows off your lips. Your photo will be judged by a panel of expert judges who know a thing or two about lips.
