Happy New Year, everyone! I hope you partied the New Year in like maniacs. My New Year's Eve was a lot of fun... even though Emily came to the party with her stupid jock boyfriend.

My best buddy Ben had a Guitar Hero party at his place on New Year's Eve. It was pretty cool and a lot of people showed up, including a bunch of jocks who normally think they're way too cool for us. Then, just before midnight, the king of the jocks arrives. That would be Emily's boyfriend, Dave, if you haven't been paying attention.

Emily came with him, of course, so I had watch him plant a big, gross kiss on her at midnight. Ugh, the universe must completely hate me. The most action I got was hitting 95 percent of the notes while playing Rock & Roll All Nite by Kiss. It wasn't exactly the kind of kiss I was hoping for...

Still, I can't help but be in a good mood at this time of year. I love that "fresh start" feeling you get in January. Maybe this will be a great year for me. I hope it's a great year for you, too. Happy New Year, people. Drop me a line and let me know how 2008 is treating you so far.

well it must have sucked watching the girl u like being kissed by some other guy..but life is like that its many things but rarely it is fare..anyway well 2008 is treating me ok i guess no big changes till now im still waiting...
