Metal Gear: Sons of Liberty, starring the infamous super-soldier Solid Snake, has been confirmed for a November 2001 release. Come winter time, Solid Snake is going to be matched up against a boatload of terrorists in a deadly game of cat and mouse. With the Xbox, the Gamecube and the Snake all coming out at the same time, November's going to be one pricey month for hardcore gamers.
EA's game of virtual people - The Sims - just won't stop. They're adding another bundle to it and this one's called "Hot Date." It's due out in fall 2001 and it's gonna let your Sim person meet the boy or girl of their dreams. Do you think they'll include a Lil' Romeo download for the girls? How about a Britney Spears patch for the guys?
