Things are getting busy in the big, bad world of games as everybody's getting ready for the release of Nintendo's Gamecube and Microsoft's Xbox. Since they're still over a month away, let's check out some of their upcoming games and other news.

First up is Spyro the dragon. Formerly a big star on the Playstation, the purple dynamo is jumping to the Game Boy Advance (GBA) for Spyro: Season of Ice. Packed with 30 levels, including some seriously hot lava and way out space lanes, it's classic Spyro action in the palm of your hand.

Last but not least Crash Bandicoot is back and so is his nemesis Cortex. This time Cortex isn't trying any normal villain stuff. He's out to get revenge with his Crash-killing machine. Can you stop the evil brainiac before it's too late? Find out this November in Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex.
