In Barbie & the Diamond Castle, a brand-new movie starring Barbie and her friends, Barbie and Teresa have to help Barbie’s little sister understand the meaning of friendship. In a fairytale story, Barbie and Teresa play two BFFs - Liana and Alexa - who are given a mysterious enchanted mirror. The two friends discover that there’s a girl trapped inside the mirror! Her name is Melody, and it’s up to Liana and Alexa to save her from an evil muse who wants to control all the music in the world.

In order to save Melody and music as they know it, Liana and Alexa must help Melody find the medical Diamond Castle and set two other trapped muses free. As their adventure unfolds, the girls meet new friends, including twin boys their age who come along for the journey. Even with the help of their new friends, though, it’s not going to be easy to free the two trapped muses.
