Whether you've read the book, or are planning to see the movie (from the guy who made "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and "James and the Giant Peach") the Coraline video game is here, for the Wii, PS2, and DS. Explore both the normal world and the "other" world with the characters from the movie. The graphics[/kwlink] are so faithful to the movie that others may think you're just watching an early DVD.

Pirates Are Cooler Than Ninjas

Age of Booty, which last year came out for the Playstation Network, is now being released for the PC. Pilot and upgrade your pirate ship with friends or alone against the computer. The game's good online multiplayer system allows you to compete with other people as long as you have an internet connection. If you're a big fan of pirates and action-packed strategy games, this is the one for you.

The Chase Begins

The Chase: Felix Meets Felicity is a new platformer for the DS, involving some interesting use of the stylus to create platforms for your characters. Run across each level to reach your the current character's boyfriend/girlfriend, collecting fruit and knocking people over along the way, but if the land underneath you suddenly stops, you don't have to! Just draw your own path with the stylus, then keep on jumping forward. Combine that with some hilarious dialogue between the characters, and you've got a DS game worth having.
