On August 25 Disney is releasing Volume 1 of its hit TV series Sonny With A Chance on DVD. The disc is entitled Sonny’s Big Break and includes four episodes of the show, which stars Camp Rock’s Demi Lovato.

Sonny is a Midwestern gal who’s got bog talents and equally big dreams. So she packs up and moves to California to try and make it in Los Angeles. Once there, she joins the case of the most popular sketch comedy for teens and tweens – So Random! It seems like Sonny’s living her dreams …

But appearances can be deceiving. Life behind the scenes isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, much to Sonny’s dismay. The problems she runs into mainly involve her fellow cast members:

  • Tawni (played by Tiffany Thornton): totally self-absorbed
  • Nico (played by Brandon Mychal Smith): totally suave
  • Grady (played by Doug Brochu): totally funny
  • Zore (played by Allisyn Ashley Arm): totally quirky
  • Chad Dylan Cooper (played by Sterling Knight): the totally dreamy star of a show that films next door to So Random!

  • Bonus Features

  • Mackenzie Falls Season Finale Cliffhanger Short: Watch the rival show that everyone’s talking about
  • Sonny In The Middle Bonus Episode: Sonny’s awesome gift almost wrecks Nick and Grady’s friendship
  • Demi’s Big Break: Check out Demi Lovato’s audition

  • Video: Official Sneak Preview

    Rating: 4

So even though Tangled was really funny i will always pick Brave. That's a really good point ^-^ I still like Tangled better. The plot made more sense and was better written (in my opinion though) I thought the humor was better as well; definitely a lot less crude! Also, the lack of songs in Brave bummed me out... it is a Disney Princess Movie :/ (Don't argue that it's Pixar!) Wait you think because it's a Disney movie there has to be singing!? Really that's dumb. Ok that Iis just my opinion. But really that's dumb.
