This is crazy but, I think that he wanted to die by commiting sucide not by getting shot?
murder is when you kill someone else suicide is when you kill yourself i think
Homicide.The shooter could have forced him to jump and murdered him.It made it look like suicide , when really it was a Homicide.Murder all the way!!
I think it could be intentional suicide if that actually exists in the law courts!
it could be murder becuz he loaded the gun so his father would shoot his mother but the suicidde becuz he jumped off the building but there was a net and i think he was aware of that so murder......
i honestly.....believe it was a murder,becuz if he was shot thn the forc of the bullet leeded him 2 falling, thn updy dosey look who the blame is now? 
i think it is both
