FIFA 10 for the Nintendo Wii brings the World’s best selling football franchise to the Wii with motion-sensitive controls, arcade-style gameplay and most of your favourite teams, from Manchester United to Barcelona to Bayern Munich and beyond.

FIFA 10 gets you right into the action with simple, intuitive controls that make you a pro in no time. Though it controlled differently from the FIFA games on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, the Wii version of FIFA 10 feels easy enough for anyone with any football experience to get right in and play like a champion. The Wii FIFA features stylized, almost cartoon-like, graphics that play to the Wii’s strengths and look better in action than they do up close.

What to Play?

Wii FIFA 10 offers far fewer modes than the other versions, so turn to those if you’re looking for an elite simulation. Wii FIFA 10 offers managerial, tournament, online, and play now modes, which pale in comparison to the myriad options on 360 or PS3. FIFA 10 on those two consoles is the best football game ever, in my opinion, but is much more difficult to get into, with a steeper learning curve. With Wii FIFA 10 anyone, whether you’re a fanatic or an amateur, can get right into the game, scoring goals and making beautiful plays look easy.

Time To Hit The Pitch

Ultimately, if you’re new to the beautiful game, only own a Wii or are a younger gamer, you can do no wrong with FIFA 10. Those who have access to an Xbox 360 or PS3 and are looking to have the complete football experience are best off getting either of those two versions. If you’re just looking for something to pick up and play with friends and family and some light club management on the side, FIFA 10 for Wii will do you no wrong.
