Christmas Gift Ideas For Your Guy: 2009

Can't think of anything to get your boyfriend this holiday season? Check out Kidzworld's Christmas gift ideas for 2009 and pick out the perfect present to put under his tree!

No. 10: Headphones

From Supersonic Earbuds to Head-Banging Headphones, give your guy the gift of music and keep his toes tapping for the rest of the year!

No. 9: Video Games

Unless he spends WAY too much time gaming as it is, Video Games are still totally hot gifts to give guys this year! Check out our Games section for reviews on all the newest and hottest games.

No. 8: Memory Stick

It’s the perfect “forget-me-not” from you to your guy: A Memory Stick that will store all his songs, schoolwork and, of course, pics of you!

No. 7: MP3 Player

Electronics + music = the hottest gift item for 2010. With all sorts of different price points on Portable Music Players these days, your boy will be able to take his music with him everywhere he goes.

No. 6: Team Gear

Find out what team your guy is currently rooting for and grab him some designer duds with their logo on it. He can wear it whenever the game’s on TV!

No. 5: Guitar Hero

Give the year’s hottest music game, Guitar Hero, to your guy for Christmas and make him feel like a total rock star – even if he can’t carry a tune in real life!

No. 4: Candy Kisses

Most guys we know have some very sweet teeth in their mouths; show your boyfriend he’s your fave sweetie with some yummy Candy for Christmas this year.

No. 3: Boxer Boo

It may seem a little too intimate, but lots of guys have underwear on their lists for Christmas anyway. This way, you can get him some Holiday Briefs that at least LOOK festive!

No. 2: Monogrammed Mate

One cool way to personalize whatever gift you give your guy is to get it monogrammed – that’s when items are etched with letters, numbers, designs or whatever you think he’ll like. Try monogramming a keychain, a memory stick or even get a T-shirt made especially with him in mind.

No. 1: Play Passes

Be totally fun and unique – get your guy a couple of passes (for you and him – no buddies allowed!) to do something cool together this season. Think tickets to a hockey, football or basketball game, passes to the local mountain to do some fun winter sports or look online to find out if his fave band is coming to town any time soon … and score killer seats you know he’ll absolutely love!

Discuss It: What Are You Getting Your Guy This Christmas?

Of course not! What kinds of people just go through their everyday lives shoving good kids into hard metal lockers? It's not right. I would never associate myself with a group like that. What kind of popular is that, shoving kids into lockers?

Definite red flag; talk about it with him/her/them.  other signs, include: -being doted and adored one day, and the next being pushed away and ignored, -you're afraid of your partner -they obsess over and call/text you constantly -you may find you've lost your confidence -many ups and downs in the relationship, constant roller coaster -you aren't yourself. you change and adapt for them, drop hobbies if they're not into them, etc. -something tells you you cant trust them again, there are many resources out there if you need to talk. never be afraid to speak about it to someone- a family member, a teacher, a close friend, the police, a guidance counselor, etc.  I bolded that one part. The whole thread is great. And that one is a sign. But remember people with mental illness may also show signs like this to. If they have a good they they may spoil you and love you, and then the next day they're having a bad one. So they might push you away. They also may suddenly dote on you one day also to make up for a bad day. I'm not making an excuse, it's still a ver bad thing to do. I'm just putting it out there. that's a good point.
