Russia, probably. To find out what they are plotting, and what they've already done that we don't know about. I don't think you could change the country in 24 hours, so I would just gather intelligence and report back to the U.S. (and probably NATO).

No, I don't think school uniforms are necessary. However, I do think that schools should have a reasonable dress code.

Whenever you start going places on your own, you need to carry a cell phone. Typically, that happens in early high school. There is no need for a smart phone (in fact, they are addicting and harmful). A flip phone should suffice.

No. We are humans, not computers. In the future, if we want to, we will be able to live our entire lives in the digital world. Do you really want that? We need to be taking a stand to save the remnants of our culture, before they disappear. If technology can improve health care, life for people with disabilities, ensure safety, or reverse global warming, then I'm all for it. Otherwise, we need to limit it.
