It’s the Top 25 April Fools’ Jokes and the pranks are getting really funny as we slide into the Top 10. If you’ve never been in on an April Fools’ Joke before, here’s your big chance to get in on the fun. April 1st is on Thursday and traditionally you have until noon to pull any prank or joke on your friends and family… guilt free! And that just means that you don’t have to feel bad when you totally embarrass them because this is the day to keep traditions alive, and what could be more important than the tradition of humor?

Fake Blood Farce

The easiest recipe for fake blood is corn syrup and red food coloring, but there are tons of other ways to do it. Once you have some fake blood, get it all over your hands and wrestle your little brother right in front of your parents. Or you can pretend that you just came back from an accident or you were just shot!… acting skills required!

Toilet’s Day Off

Late at night, place a layer of saran wrap overtop of the toilet bowl so it covers the whole rim. Make sure that it stretches as much as it can so it looks invisible. This will prevent anything from going into the bowl. Stay tuned to a family member’s scream while you’re sleeping or early in the morning after breakfast, as this could get messy. This works well in a large family, as no one has to know it was you who did it.

Kiss Me I’m Beautiful

Slapping the old “Kick Me” sign on your friend’s back is old and just plain mean. I suggest going with something a little more original and witty. How about these suggestions:

Monster in Mom’s Closet

Have you ever been certain that there was a monster in your closet late at night and your parents totally never believed you? Here’s your chance to get them back for that. Plan out a good time to hide in your parent’s closet and when they go to get changed in the morning, grab one of their legs!

Sweet Shower

If you have a showerhead that unscrews, here’s your chance to really screw-up your big sister’s early morning routine. Get a nice colorful lifesaver candy, unscrew the showerhead, place the lifesaver carefully inside the showerhead, and now slowly screw the showerhead back on. Hoo Boy! Someone is going to have a sticky shower!
