Sandra Bullock’s Baby
Considering how many celebrities have been doing it lately, it seems like adopting kids is the trendy thing to do right now. But we can’t really knock stars like Angelina Jolie and Madonna for adopting children – after all, these kids deserve to grow up in loving homes with a parent or parents and brothers and sisters to play with. The latest celeb to jump on the adoption bandwagon is actress Sandra Bullock. Meet her baby boy, Louis Bardo Bullock, and find out more about him!
Single Mom
Sandra hadn’t planned on being a single mom to her new adopted son Louis. Unfortunately, she and her husband split up right before the adoption of Louis went through. However, Sandra seems really happy with her decision to be a mom, regardless of whether she’s a single parent to her son or not.
Louis’ Debut
Although Louis was adopted in January of 2010, Sandra chose to keep the news a secret until after the Oscars in March. Most of us found out about her new bundle of joy thanks to the cover of People Magazine, which showed Sandra holding little baby Louis up and smiling at him. Louis is looking straight at the camera and looks absolutely adorable with a colorful string of beads around his neck!
In fact, some people say that issue of People was the biggest-selling issue of the magazine ever! In any case, it definitely gave the previous best-seller issue a run for its money: that cover showed Brad Pitt and wife Angelina Jolie with their brand-new twin babies, Knox Leon and Vivienne (August 2008).
About Louis
Baby Louis was adopted from New Orleans, where he was born. He’s about three-and-a-half months old – and we think he’s simply gorgeous!
