Glory of Heracles, Satisfashion, and KORG DS-10+

Keep up-to-date with all the latest video game releases! Kidzworld has all the latest games to keep watch for. This week, we preview Glory of Heracles, Satisfashion, and KORG DS-10 Plus Synthesizer!

Glory of Heracles

Nintendo's first major title this year is Glory of Heracles, the first installment of the classic RPG series to reach North America. The series has been going on in Japan for more than twenty years, so it's pretty surprising that it would take this long to cross the ocean, compared to Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest games. Anyway, this RPG covers an Ancient Greek-style world, including several famous Greek mythological characters (including you, Heracles, who you may know better as Hercules). Your character has amnesia, and a large part of the story involves finding your identity again.

Satisfashion lets you be the fashion designer, dressing up and putting makeup on models in sixty different levels across the world. Each fashion show has a different theme, like "spring colors" or "casual" or perhaps a combination of things. You pick the clothes that match that theme, adding in a little of your own fashion sense, to earn the show buyers' attention (and money). In the real game, there's only so much time to dress your models, but you can also play a separate Dress-Up Mode that gives you all the time you need to get your designs right.

KORG DS-10 Plus Synthesizer

The KORG DS-10 Plus Synthesizer is a music creation tool for the Nintendo DS, an update over 2008's original KORG DS-10. Just like the original, if the simple idea of working creatively with synth loops and drum beats to make hip-hop-style music on your DS sounds awesome, and you're willing to work a little bit to see that happen, then you have to try this out. Unlike the original, there are now twice as many synth and drum machines to work with for your DSi, so there's even more music that can be made.
