With over 4,000 of your favourite Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards, a deep Single-Player Story mode and Four-Player Wi-Fi battle modes all presented with bright, detailed and vibrantly coloured graphics, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s Tag Force 4 for PSP is any Yu-Gi-Oh! fan’s dream. As a bonus, you get three special edition trading cards to add to your Yu-Gi-Oh! card collection!

Duel!

The graphics are beautiful, with excellent art direction, colourful environments, and during battle some of the summoning effects are stunning. Konami did an excellent job maintaining the visual style of the series and maximizing the assets of the Playstation Portable to create an immersive world that will pull in any Yu-Gi-Oh! fan as you take your card battling hero on a road to conquer evil using the magic of a deck of cards.

Card Master

Tag Force 4 doesn’t waste any time getting started, as you quickly assemble a card collection and get right into dueling. Players unfamiliar with the series will find this quick immersion overwhelming as the game offers only a long-winded tutorial on how to arrange and use your deck. Yu-Gi-Oh! pros will be right at home, as the menu and many of the cards have been with the series since its inception. The only challenge die-hard veteran Yu-Gi-Oh! gamers will face is the incredible amounts of menu screens that must be navigated and then the battles themselves.

Yu-Gi-Go?

This game has a lot going for it, and Yu-Gi-Oh! fans will surely enjoy what’s to offer here. Newcomers to the series with great patience will get a kick out of the depth that the card game possesses, though many will get frustrated quickly by the steep learning curve or the over-long tutorial. This one’s recommended for those grizzled card battlers seeking a new challenge.
