How do I make track?

Making the track team is a fun and healthy thing to do at school. If you like to compete, you will enjoy going to track meets where you have a compare your results to other kids your age. To get good at running is not hard. All you have to do is run, and you can do that anywhere. So maybe you won’t make the track team this year, but if you run everyday, there is a very good chance that you will make the team next year. Here’s some ways you can make sure you are improving:


Get a Stop-Watch


If you have a stop-watch, you can keep track of how fast you are running. By knowing your times, you will be able to determine if you are getting faster. If you aren’t, you know that you have to try harder. The harder you try, the more your muscles will build themselves to work harder. Eventually, the time on your stop-watch will be faster and faster until you make the team!


Running on Different Terrains


Running in different places will help you develop other strengths to make you a better runner. If you choose to run through the trees on some narrow paths, you are going to learn how to balance yourself while running which is essential to improvement. If you run up steep hills, your muscles are going to gain more strength, which will make running on flat surfaces easier. The more different types of terrain you feel comfortable running on, the more natural running will feel in general making you a great runner.


Race your Friends


Competition is the best way to become a faster runner. There is nothing more motivational than competition to improve at any sport. Running a race with someone is a great way to visually sense how other people run. By watching your competition, you can learn little tricks from their form, technique, breathing patterns. The more people you race against, the easier it will be for you to find out how to run really fast.


Running is the most popular form of exercise in the world. Choosing to join track in school will make running easy and fun so you will enjoy doing it at all ages of your life. Learning how to run is also a great way to become great at other sports since most sports require running.

i wanted to make this post for those interested in fitness. you can post anything, whether that be sports match you saw , weight training, a marathon you want to run, progress you've made, or even questions and advice on goals you want to achieve (though i might not be a professional, i think i've listened to enough and have read enough by specialist and professionals to help others). good luck to all that are trying to improve themselves.

I do hip hop dancing and I'm also good at robot dancing. I'm not sure what it's called when people dance like when they move their bones in a way that makes it hit every beat in any electronic beat.
