The French Open is the 2nd tournament of the 2010 Tennis Grand Slam tour and even though Roger Federer is the #1 ranked player in men’s tennis, Rafael Nadal is the big favorite to win the men’s side of the French Open. Tennis Match Mystery

The French Open has a mysterious twist to the list of tennis champions. The best players don’t usually win the French Open because of the clay surface of the tennis court. The clay slows down the game so much that gives an advantage to different styles and techniques. The ball also bounces much higher on a clay court, so maybe it helps to be tall... or to be able to jump high... what is the secret?

Everyone knows Roger Federer is the best player in tennis… ever. But Roger had to win 13 grand slam championships before winning the French Open just last year. This year he has already won the Australian Open and he has set his sights on winning all 4 grand slam tournaments in the same year... the only thing he has never done in tennis. But his biggest challenge will be to beat Rafael Nadel in this French Open as Rafael has won it 4 times in the last 5 years.
