It's really easy to gain weight, but losing weight seems to be one of the hardest things to do in America... the land of the Big Mac. Junk food, fast food, sugars and grease... you got to have will power to say NO!!! It's one of the hardest things to do because this type of food is everywhere. You have to find healthy foods and get your mom or dad to start cooking more veggies... but make them taste good.
Playing volleyball is great. Stay off the couch and keep fit. Try to be active everyday!
I have a question I just went to the volleyball clinic for my school. In Palos, Illinois. I noticed I am medium. Not to big not to small. I want to be skinny.
