Question by Cheergirl. I do cheerleading and one of my practices are sit-ups and I don’t know if I’m doing it right cause I don’t feel anything. Back to Article
Okay here is a check list.....
1.) Make sure your feet are flat on the ground.
2.) Cross your arms across your chest.
3.) Lay down ( still with your feet on the ground)
4.) With your arms crossed across your chest and feet flat on the ground come all the up from your laying position and lay back down.
P.S. ( if you find 4 hard then have a relative or a close friend and hold your feet down...... this helps alot)
