Channel your inner Indiana Jones in Active Life Explorer for Wii. The game places players in a fictional land full of adventure and lets them loose on the Active Life Mat. Players choose a character they wish to be, and also get to choose an accompanying outfit. There are three different modes to play in: Treasure Adventure, Free Play and Party Mode.

Treasure Island

Treasure Adventure Mode allows players to enter on a quest to become a skilled explorer. Players begin as a rookie hunter and complete tasks in order to gain new skills. The game progresses on a map that is similar to the original Super Mario. The challenges vary in difficulty and length, although they all involve the Active Life Mat.

The Free Play Mode lets players select their favorite mini games without having to go through the story. The games can be played individually or with friends. In Party Mode, up to eight players can compete in rounds of mini games. You can choose a quick game, a 10-round game or a 20-round game.

Feel the Thrill!

The games make the most sense when played in Treasure Adventure Mode. Activities range from running across a bridge before it collapses to capturing dangerous enemies. The controls for each mini game are different, and are displayed on the screen before the game begins. The Active Life Matreally gets players moving, and adds a surprising element of fun and thrill to the game. If you’re looking for a high-energy game that’s full of surprises, Active Life Explorer is perfect!
