Mash-Ups

This week’s episode began with the news that sectionals are just one month away for our favorite glee clubbers. Mr. Schu announces the team’s competition, which happens to include a club from an all-male private school. He challenges them to break into guy/girl groups like last year and make a mash-up of songs that would usually be song by the opposite gender. The boys sing a mash-up of “Stop in the Name of Love” and “Free Your Mind,” while the ladies sing “Living on a Prayer” and “Start Me Up.”

Courage

After reaching his tipping point for being bullied, Kurt spends the day at the all-male school pretending to be a student and spying on their glee club. Blaine, the star of the club, befriends Kurt, but sees through his plan. He confronts Kurt and the two become friends after sharing their similar experiences being bullied for being gay. Kurt returns to New Directions with the courage to stand up for himself but ends up surprised when the bully kisses him instead of punching him.

He’s Back!

Luckily for fans, Puck is back from juvie and has just as much attitude as always. A condition of his release was that he complete community service hours, and he tricks his probation officer into letting him hang out with Artie instead of doing garbage duty. While the two aren’t quite friends, Puck tries to teach Artie how to talk to girls and get a date with Brittany.

Will we be seeing more of Blaine next week? Is love in the air for Artie and Brittany? Stay tuned for more Glee!
