Referee Ruby's Guide to Pets

Hey guys! Referee Ruby from Free Realms here, to talk to you about something super awesome as usual!

Some of you may not know this about me, but in my spare time I fight crime. I’m in a constant war against…stuff that is bad. Every super hero needs a sidekick, and I have the best one of them all! Allow me to introduce you to my sidekick, pet and best pal … Danger Tiger!

If you’ve got a pet that you want to play with, just click the little yellow paw print button on the bottom of the game screen, then click the pet you want to play with. This will bring out your pet so you can play!

Once your pet is out, click the paw print again to bring out your pet menu. On the left you’ll see a bunch of crazy bars and stuff. The top bar is how happy your pet is, and the other three bars are your pet’s food, groom and play bars. If one of these is low, you’ll have to take care of your pet to make it happy again.

To feed or groom your pet, click the pet bowl or brush buttons. You’ll see two squares at the bottom of the screen. Click them, and then click the item you want use. When feeding a pet you’ll need a bowl and some food, and to groom you’ll need a brush and shampoo. Once you have your items, click the green button to finish!

All pets like to play, right? Let’s do some tricks! If you close your pet menu, you’ll see a purple house on the right side of your screen. Click the paw button to bring up your pet’s tricks, then click the one you want to do!

Not bad, right? If you make sure all of your pet’s bars are full, you’ll get a special buff that makes you run faster! It’s super helpful for doing games where you have a timer, or if you just want to travel faster.

If you have a cat or a dog, you can even dress them up in costumes! When Danger Tiger isn’t fighting crime, he hides as his alter ego, a rich business cat.

Want to get your own pet?! No problem… it’s easy as cake. Just head to the Marketplace and check the pets section! There are tons of pets, from wolves to spiders, dinosaurs to unicorns and everything in between! You can also check the pets section of the coin shop to snag a pet pal. Some of them are kind of….strange.
