Tron Evolution, Bejeweled 3, and Kung-Fu Live

Dec 02, 2010

Keep up-to-date with all the latest video game releases! Kidzworld has all the latest games to keep watch for. This week, we preview Tron Evolution, Bejeweled 3, and Kung-Fu Live!

Tron Evolution

Tron Evolution fills in the missing story between the original Tron and the new movie coming out this month, Tron: Legacy. You control Anon, a character programmed by Kevin Flynn to investigate a conspiracy within The Grid. In order to investigate, you must run, fight, and race with Anon in this action-adventure video game. Light Cycle races are a special bonus, letting you cut off your enemies with your light trail to kill, I mean de-res them and win the match. Then you can take those fights and Light Cycle races into chaotic online multiplayer matches, and really start to have some fun on The Grid.

Bejeweled 3

It's a new sequel to the most popular match-3 puzzle game of all time, so you know PopCap Games has some real changes in store for this edition. All-new re-imagined Classic and Quest modes complement the Lightning and Zen modes for an all-encompassing puzzle game experience. Four secret unlockable modes including Poker and Ice Storm also tempt the avid puzzle gamer. Play well, and you can unlock up to 65 different badges that display your skills to the whole world. Swap the jewels and win!

Kung-Fu Live

Kung-Fu Live is the first game of its kind to take the player into the game world and, basically, let them fight however they want to beat up the bad guys! Using the PlayStation Eye, this downloadable PSN game lets you put the controller away while you kick away as you please at oncoming hordes of ninjas and mutants and other comic book villains. The real video image of you is your character on-screen, and your creative and acrobatic Kung-Fu moves are his skillset. Combine your real-life moves with some in-game superhuman ones, and you become a truly legendary fighting force.

That time I wasn't trolling. I was correcting someone who does not know the difference between a video game, and a board game.

okay, first off, HOW CAN YOU EVEN COMPARE THESE TWO GAMES?! They are completely different from each other and both are way to close to compare. Both are such great games. Skyrim is for people who want to fight with amazing graphics and go on fantasy quests. Minecraft you would have never even heard of nor played if it had not been for Mojang for putting it out on the Microsoft Xbox 360. But nevertheless, Minecraft is a sandbox builder which you can kick back and create anything you imagine. It's like legoes for grown ups. Back when I was young I use to always play with legoes, and I still do. But these games are non comparable because they are not of the same genre of game. I play both and I love both. But I would never pit two amazing games against each other to see which is best. That is like parents choosing a favorite child, It just isn't right.
