Chuck thinks he’s won. The hotel remains in his hands. His father’s legacy is safe. But when Lily receives an anonymous threat, proving that someone knows about her forgery, she and Chuck think that Russell is somehow wise to the incident. Could Ben be at fault? Things between Lily and Ben seem to be resolved, but could he have told Russell Thorpe anyway? Somehow he knows, and he’s threatening to turn Lily in if Chuck doesn’t hand over the company. But Lily does the right thing and turns herself in.
More Than Friendship?
Meanwhile, Blair and Dan decide to come clean to the world about their unlikely friendship. But when they arrive at the party, ready to reveal the truth, Lily’s problem overshadows their secret and they decide to keep it to themselves. Later that night, Dan shows up at Blair’s house, realizing that they may be keeping their friendship under wraps because their feelings for each other are much stronger than either is willing to admit. One kiss is all it will take to find out the truth. But we’ll have to wait until next week to see if their kiss created fireworks or tumbleweed.
