Elle Fanning Bio + Get the Look

If Elle Fanning looks familiar to you, it’s probably because she bears a lot of resemblance to her famous older sister, famous actress Dakota Fanning. Only four years younger, Elle’s acting career is taking off on its own! Learn more about Elle Fanning and how to channel her style on Kidzworld!

Acting Sisters

Born Mary Elle Fanning on April 9th, 1998 in Conyers, Georgia, Elle started her career playing the younger version of Dakota in various movies and shows like “Taken” and Dakota’s breakthrough movie “I Am Sam” at the age of two. She got to attend her first movie premiere at the age of three, lucky girl! At the age of four, Elle got her first independent role in the movie “Daddy Day Care”! Elle was also cast in “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”, “The Nutcracker in 3D”, and “The Door in the Floor”.

Elle’s Style

Even though Elle’s pretty new on the celebrity circuit, she’s been impressing us with her grown up style! She’s only turning 13 this year but her wardrobe is bursting with simple little dresses by designers like Valentino, Marc Jacobs, fashion editor fave Rodarte, Opening Ceremony and Nicholas Kirkwood shoes. Elle manages to be both age-appropriate and look super cute and sophisticated all at once - not an easy feat on the red carpet!

I watched Maze Runner today. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with it. I have watched the Hunger Games as well (this IS the movie section, after all). At this point, I prefer the Maze Runner (movie-wise), but both books were amazing too!

Honestly, that's quite hard. I've watched both movies and loved both of them equally. Maybe Divergent a teeny bit more. Still, Hunger Games and Divergent are both trilogies, so there's plenty to look forward to, movie wise!
