Prepare for the Storm!

The Storm is here! Storm of Ragnarok is one of the most powerful booster sets released in a while. This new set includes 100 cards – 48 common, 20 rare, 14 super rare, 10 ultra rare, and 8 secret rare cards! There is also 1 “ghost rare” card for the lucky few. Have you gotten your packs yet? They may help you make that champion deck for the next tournament, or fill up your collection!

New Archetypes!

Do you remember all the new cards introduced in the anime series in August and September 2010? Well now you can collect those cards! This set introduces many new archetypes to the game: Vylon, Legendary Six Samurai, Symphonic Warriors, Aesir, and Nordic. The Symphonic Warriors are quite notable because they can change their type, level, or attribute. This makes it possible to run cards that normally wouldn’t work with your deck!

Notable Cards

The Nordic Gods are making a huge impact in the duelling world. Odin, Loki, and Thor, each with their unique powers will make the game more interesting and give players more choices when it comes to which path to take. Odin, Father of the Aesir is the Ghost Rare card in this set. He rules the Nordic Ascendant. Loki, Lord of the Aesir rules the Nordic Alfar, and Thor, Lord of the Aesir rules the Nordic Beasts.

So let us hear your thoughts – which Nordic God do you think is the most powerful?
