OMG okay. Miley's dress was so tacky. I mean seriously! She looked like a gardeon threw up on her with that flower print. The shape of the dress was really nice but whoever desiged it needs to do a serious remake of that dress. And what about Miley's hair? She should of atleast had it up in a bun, so she wouldnt have to spend money on those extensions!
