Here are four new DVDs from Nickelodeon, featuring characters from our fave shows! Check out reviews for SpongeBob SquarePants: Runaway Roadtrip; Danny Phantom: Season 1; and Angry Beavers: Seasons 1 & 2 right here on Kidzworld!

SpongeBob SquarePants: Runaway Roadtrip

In this never-before-seen DVD, SpongeBob SquarePants, Patrick and their friends are going on vacation – and you’re invited to join them for all the fun! Visit the Great Barrier Reef, enjoy a romantic cruise with Plankton and Karen, ride along with Mr. Krabs and Pearl to the Ocean Mint and travel with Sandy on a trip that’s totally out of this world! Bonuse episodes on this DVD include:

  • Hide and Then What Happens?
  • Shellback Shenanigans

Danny Phantom: Season 1

Danny Phantom isn’t a regular teen – he’s half-ghost, half-boy, and he’s all about saving his town, Amity Park, from ghost attacks. The catch: no one is supposed to know about his phantom status, so when it’s time to “go ghost,” Danny’s black hair turns white, his blue eyes turn green and his clothes become black. This DVD includes all 20 episodes from the first season of Danny Phantom; be sure to catch all the fun as Danny and his friends Tucker and Sam go ghost-hunting!

The Angry Beavers: Seasons 1 & 2

Daggett and Norbert Beaver aren’t your typical wood-chomping critters. These furry twin brothers have a love-hate relationship, which results in episode after episode of hilarity as the Beavers leave their childhood home behind to live the wild and crazy lifestyle of a couple of bachelors! This DVD includes some of our fave Angry Beaver episodes from the first and second seasons of the show, like:

  • Bummer of Love
  • Fancy Prance
  • Food of the Clods
  • If You Insisters
  • Beaver Fever
  • The Day the Earth Got Really Screwed Up

“Instruction in world history in the so-called high schools is even today in a very sorry condition. Few teachers understand that the study of history can never be to learn historical dates and events by heart and recite them by rote; that what matters is not whether the child knows exactly when this battle or that was fought, when a general was born, or even when a monarch (usually a very insignificant one) came into the crown of his forefathers. No, by the living God, this is very unimportant. To 'learn' history means to seek and find the forces which are the causes leading to those effects which we subsequently perceive as historical events.”
