Wanna start working out? Hmm you may be too young but wait! The Workout Kid DVD is a fitness program for kids ages 7-14. This DVD is full of some great ideas to get you in shape right in your living room without any weights or exercise equipment.

Wanna look like CJ?

CJ Senter is serious about working out, and he wants to help you get in shape too! CJ has a muscular body and he accomplished it by doing these exercises on the DVD everyday. There are so many benefits that you can also gain by doing the exact same thing:

  • Faster stronger muscles will boost your game
  • Looking good means feeling good and that will increase your Self Esteem
  • Increase your energy and you won’t feel lazy and tired anymore
  • Lose some love handles if you’re overweight

Without Weightlifting

It’s important to stay away from weight lifting when you’re a kid. Weight lifting is dangerous for anyone who hasn’t gone through puberty yet, because as a kid, your bones are growing quickly and weightlifting can cause injury very easily during this process. The best thing about CJ’s video is that he teaches you all the exercises you need to know to workout all the different muscles of your body without any weightlifting.

Musical Madness

The DVD is full of some pretty cool beats as CJ instructs each exercise with how long you should perform each exercise. But if you don’t like the music, you can always put the DVD on mute and just follow the exercises with your own Ipod. It’s very easy to follow just by watching CJ who has perfect form in all his exercises.

Hey! I have been in track and cross country for years! My opinion: Do what your heart tells you! If I was to choose, I would say track, but that's just me! :)
