Super Mario 3D Land, Raving Rabbids: Alive & Kicking, and Kinect Sports: Season Two!

There are some major games coming out this week, such as Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. But even if you're not that interested in these games, there are still some exciting stuff out! This week we take a quick look at Super Mario 3D Land, Raving Rabbids: Alive & Kicking, and Kinect Sports: Season Two!

Super Mario 3D Land

A brand new Mario game is coming to the Nintendo 3DS this weekend! Super Mario 3D Land combines the super traditional 2D platforming action with some 3D levels that will let you make full use of the 3DS's 3D graphics. Also in the game are some neat power-ups such as the Super Leaft that gives Mario the raccoon suit and the Boomerang Flower that lets Mario throw boomerangs. Super Mario 3D Land will also have some StreetPass and motion control features and will also include Luigi as a playable character.

Raving Rabbids: Alive & Kicking

The Rabbids are back and this time they are invading your living room! Using the Kinect camera for the Xbox 360, the TV will actually show the Rabbids playing along beside you! Up to four players can take turns playing various mini-games, such as dancing with the Rabbids or kicking and stomping them as they pop up in your living room. Raving Rabbids: Alive & Kicking is designed to be a party game, so invite your friends to jump in whenever they like.

Kinect Sports: Season Two!

Also out for the Kinect is Kinect Sports: Season Two. This sequel features six different sports: golft, darts, baseball, skiing, tennis, and American football. Also new is Challenge Mode, where you can compete against friends on Xbox Live at various tasks, such as a skiing obstacle course.
