A New Pet

Want all the fun of a real pet without the shedding and mess? Wappy Dog for Nintendo DS is the next evolution of virtual pets. This cute and cuddly pup corresponds with your DS system so you can play, feed and care for him at home and on the go!

Wappy Dog has a sensor that lets him interact with the DS. Once you put in the game you get to choose a name for your new pet. You can stick with Wappy or come up with a nickname you like more. As you continue playing the game, your pet will develop his own personality and will rely on you for help. There are two modes you can play in: Home Mode and Travel Mode

Stay at Home

In Home Mode, the Wappy Dog needs to be within three feet of you and the DS. This makes it easier to pick up the signal. You can do all kinds of fun things with Wappy. You can ask him questions, speak with him, feed him yummy treats (like cream puffs and ice cream) and even play games like Rock, Paper, Scissors. Wappy can sing songs, and can learn up to 16 different tunes. There is a special screen in the game that lets you see how Wappy is feeling. It shows his age, mood, personality, friendship and progress. This helps you know what to focus on.

On the Go

In Travel Mode, you can make sure Wappy is happy and healthy even when you aren’t near him. You get to create a virtual pet that acts just like him. Play with toys, care for Wappy, play mini games, change his appearance and more just by using your DS. This means that even if you have to be away from your new pet, you can still make sure he is cared for. When you see him again, it will be like nothing has changed!

Wappy Dog for Nintendo DS is a super fun game that combines toys and video games. The dog comes with tons of cool stickers that let you personalize his appearance. As you continue to play mini games and get to know your new pet the game will become even more enjoyable! Definitely a game for your holiday wish list.
