The long awaited Noble Victories set for the Pokémon Trading Card Game was released in November. This set comes with the much anticipated Victory Star Victini and the third dragon – Kyurem. Here is an overview of some of the notable cards in Noble Victories!

Notable Cards:

Victini (14/101)

This Victini has the ability to let you re-flip any attack. This is very powerful in the current format because there are many attacks out there that let you flip to apply status effects to the defending Pokémon.

Kyurem (34/101)

This dragon has the same Outrage attack as Reshiram and Zekrom. However, its second attack Glaciate deals 30 damage to all of your opponent’s Pokémon for two water and one colorless energy cards. This is very powerful because in a couple of turns, you may be able to knock out your opponent’s entire bench.

Cobalion (Regular: 84/101 and Full Art: 100/101)

Its Energy Press attack deals 20 damage plus 20 for each energy attached to your opponent’s defending Pokémon. This is very powerful against Pokémon that relies on energy attachment such as Gothitelle and Scizor Primes. Furthermore, for two metal and one colorless energy cards, the Iron Breaker attack deals 80 damage and the defending Pokémon can’t attack next turn.

Eviolite (91/101)

This Trainer – Pokémon Tool card can be used on any Basic Pokémon. It reduces any damage done to that Pokémon by 20, effectively giving that Pokémon 20 extra HP to work with every turn!

So what are you waiting for? It’s time to pick up this amazing new set so you can make your current deck stronger!
