I'll make a deal with ya. The same things
happening with me. I want to sing too! It's my #1 dream! And my mom isn't any more supportive.
So if I try to be a singer and succeed, and you
hear of Aeris as a big hit, and with me having a
great memory, I'll remember this deal for many
years, that you'll have to at least try. And I even
have great stage fright. And if you try and don't
succeed, you can help me write songs!

You dont need to worry about what they think, they are your parents, but it's your life, no matter what you're young, you know best what you want and what is best for you.

Sometimes parents have different dreams then we have for our self. You should go for what you want! And eventually soon they will realize what a great singer you are and apologize for being not supportive

Just take on your dreams and follow them anyways and you can prove to your parents that you can be noticed and that you are good enough to be on stage!!!!!

i want to be a singer too! my mom thinks i shud. ppl at school say im good, and im the only one who sings in music class so the teacher looks at me to make sure i sing 24/7. i love to sing. i sing all day, if singing is something u wanna do then do it!!! u wont regret it!!!

I really want to be a singer when i am older too, and I still haven't told my mum or dad. I think you should just sing in front of people who are close to you like your bff and see what they think. You never know, they might tell you that you sound like a pro!

I have the same dream as up and my parents dont support me at all just do it on your own and if they dont except it keep doing and tell them its your dream and your gunna make it come true &&' i totally belive your good.
