Stealing Dan's Thunder
Blair is sick of living in the shadow of her boyfriends. When a magazine article announces that Dan is higher on the social ladder than Blair, she immediately decides to rectify the situation. She attends Dan’s awards banquet wearing an over-the-top gown (when the dress code is casual), and steals his thunder as soon as he begins making his speech.
Something's Fishy
When Nate finds out that Jack Bass has been funding Diana Payne’s position at the Spectator, he realizes that something isn’t adding up. He has his secretary investigate her, only to discover that Diana isn’t her real name. So he sneaks into her hotel room hoping to gain some more insight into her real past, but Diana finds him. He seduces her so that she doesn’t question why he broke in.
Half-Sisters
Serena discovers that Lola is her half-sister and that her dad cheated on Lily during their marriage, she immediately tells her mom. Lily claims she’ll handle this information maturely. Instead, she does what Lily does best. She teams up with Ivy to get her sister arrested for fraud, revealing at the same time that she knows about their affair. When Rufus finds out what she did, he says that they should spend some time apart.
