Look. Through my experience(s), I think if you want to be with a girl you have feelings for, get to know them inside out. Approach them, talk to them as you would to any person. Go on to being friends, and from there, you're on your own. Your actions, your manner and your representation will define you. There is no way you can make a girl fall 'head over heels' for you if you want to be arrogant. Friendships I feel are the key starting points where you can develop. A girl wants a guy she can care for, someone who's trustworthy and kind, and personality. I'm not a girl, and I'm sure that I've missed some aspects of what girls want in a guy. I'm in a relationship at the moment. I'm just sharing my view. Be honest. Be truthful. Tell her how you feel. Get to know her. And, well, it's up to you to make it happen.
