Yu-Gi-Oh: Legendary Collection 3: Yugi's World

Jan 10, 2013

It has been a while since we left Yugi Moto and his friends as the Yu-Gi-Oh TV series has shifted to other worlds, such as 5D's. However, the Yu-Gi-Oh Legendary Collection 3 box takes us back to the place where it all started: Yugi's World!

Waking the Dragons

In season four of the original TV series, we saw one of the most powerful cards in existence in The Seal of Orichalcos. The card was so strong that it was never officially released in the real life card game. However, now you can finally use this card and add it to your collection! The Seal of Orichalcos is a spell card that does three big things. It gives all your monsters +500 attack, allows your stronger monsters to protect your weaker ones, and cannot easily be removed from play.

Every Legendary Collection 3 box comes with five special booster packs that has nine cards from a set of over 300. In this set, there are all the signature cards of the characters from the TV series including Yugi, Atem, Maximillion Pegasus, Bakura, Raphael, Marik, Mai Valentine, Bandit Keith, Yugi's Grandpa, Rex Raptor, Rebecca Hawkins, Arkana, and Kirk Dixon. For competitive players, there are secret rare versions of staple cards such as Mirror Force, Solemn Judgment, Mystical Space Typhoon, Dark Hole, Book of Moon, and Seven Tools of the Bandit.

Legendary Collectibles

Aside from the cards, the Legendary Collection 3 box also comes with monster tokens with the art of Kuriboh and Emissary of Darkness. Also included in the box is a collapsible hard-surface game board that you can fold up and store in your backpack or binder easily before taking it out and playing your cards on it in style. The game board is double sided, so you can play on a picture of Yugi, King of Games, or Orichalcos.

Have Your Say!
