Surgery
After being shot in the previous episode by Liam's crazy stalker, Ashley, Annie undergoes surgery. While asleep, she dreams about a different life - the one she'd be living had she not moved to California in high school. Annie is engaged to her high school boyfriend, and Dixon - who did move to LA - became estranged from their family. Now he's a famous rapper who claims he's from the hood. Navid is his lackey.
Gold Digger
Naomi's sister Jen tricked Naomi out of her fortune leaving her high and dry. Now Naomi has her sights set on finding a rich husband, specifically the famous tennis player, Teddy. Teddy confesses to Naomi that he's gay, and asks her to play the part of his girlfriend in exchange for whatever she wants.
Cutthroat
Meanwhile, Silver has become a cutthroat gossip reporter who will do anything for a good story. She threatens Adrianna - the famous pop star - that she will put a compromising video of her on her gossip site if Ade doesn't find Silver a better story. And when Annie comes to town, that story falls into her lap. It's a picture of Dixon, not in the hood, but with his sister, wearing corny Christmas outfits.
