Survivor 5 Thailand - Episode 12
With the Chauy Jai team down to only original Chauy Gahn team members, now the real backstabbing fun begins. No one's safe and above lying - except for Jan who's too crazy to lie. Who will lie their way to a million bucks?
During the Reward Challenge, we found out that Brian Heidik is illiterate. Well, not really, but his spelling is probably worse than a grade two student. The team members go through an obstacle course, collecting English letters and, at the end, they have to spell two words. The words were "Road Trip". Brian finishes first, but spells it "Raod Trip" and it doesn't count. Ted gets the spelling right and wins a Chevy Trailblazer and spa treatments, which he brings Helen along for. The Immunity Challenge is a test of wits where Survivors have to put together puzzle pieces to create steps. The first one to the top wins Immunity. With no spelling involved, Brian Heidik snags the win. Despite being told by Brian that he was not on the chopping block, and having Helen assure him she was on his side, Ted Rogers Jr. gets voted off Survivor 5 Thailand. Ted is the first former Chuay Gahn member on the jury.
Who Will Win?
Jan Gentry: Sure, Brian called her "disposable," and she's got her own Pet Cemetery, but this old lady from Florida hasn't made any enemies. She was never rude, crude or cruel to Sook Jai members and was about the only one who didn't look thrilled to be voting them off. If Jan can win an Immunity or two, she has a great chance at winning the million.
Brian Heidik: Brian must have a degree in manipulation because he's worked every single Chuay Gahn member like his own personal puppet. His plans are so smooth no one even knows that they're a victim until they find themselves sitting on the jury. Brian's almost a lock for the final two. The only question is whether the jury will hold a grudge, or reward all his scheming with a million bucks.
Jan Gentry: 58%
Clay Jordan: 41%
