Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is an enduring animated classic for a reason - it is endlessly enchanting, and enduringly sweet. The old-fashioned animation has withstood the test of time and come out as one of the loveliest and classiest in the Disney animated collection from the first wave of the "golden age" of the company. Needless to say, the story itself is even older than the film and somehow seems to inspire even more versions as time goes on - just think of the recent version of Malifecent starring Angelina Jolie! It's a treat to watch this beautiful animated story on crisply-defined Blu-ray.

What sets the Signature Collection apart from re-releases in the past is the amount of extras they've included - for true Disney fans the bonus "In Walt’s Words: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” will be of special interest, since it shows some of the inner workings of Walt's mind for the movie.
