Hey Coach,I have a problem, and if you could help me find out what's wrong, I'll be happy. My problem is my body. I am 15 years old and I have really skinny arms and legs. My stomach and thighs are fat. I hate my stomach the way it is because I don't have abs or anything. I hate going swimming and I never take my top off because people will see that I am fat. My friends say I'm not fat - but I am and they are just saying that.
Hey KOBE BRYANT,You're worrying like a girl, dude. Guys who are going through puberty and growth spurts, like you are, take time to grow into their bodies. That means some parts may seem really skinny while others may seem really fat. This may be awkward, and you might feel a bit self-consious, but it's not worth stressing over. Eat healthy foods and exercise regularly and you'll be just fine. Listen to what your friends say and don't worry about having abs like Usher.
