Dragon Ball Z and Futurama Game News

If you've got a Playstation 1, I bet you're about ready to toss that old clunker. Don't! Instead, start diggin' through your couch for spare change cuz on March 25, 2003 you'll be able to pick up Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Battle 22 for PS1. It'll be available for the low price of $19.95 US ($30 CAN.) You'll be able to choose from 22 different Dragon Ball Z fighters that you can train to have up to nine unique moves each as you battle through the Frieza, Android and Buu sagas. Hip, hip, huzzah for the PS1!

While we're talkin' about oldies, how about Futurama? The TV show got canned in early 2002 but SCi Games has picked it up and is turning it into a game. You'll be able to play as Fry, Leela and even the cranky robot, Bender, to save the Earth from the evil "Mom" when this game drops in June of 2003. The coolest news is that most of the peeps from the TV show are in on the game, the voices will all be the same and Matt Groening, the creator of The Simpsons, will be helping to make the Futurama game kick butt.
