Sara's (the girl from my Home Ec class,) party was pretty cool. Not only did she have every Dorito's flavor imaginable - she also has the biggest swimming pool I've ever seen. Too bad Sara forgot to tell me it was a pool party, huh? Oh well. It was a good time, anyway. Anything to take my mind off of the drama at home.
Something else to look forward to is the year-end dance. I know it's still more than a month away but its going to be crazy-fun... I hope. I hope the 'rents don't go all freaky on me and tell me I can't go cuz they're in a foul mood. I'll just have to make sure to ask them when they're distracted with something else - which is all the time, lately.
I have been holed up in my bedroom for the past few days going crazy, making buttons, with the B*Stylin'. Who knew something so simple could be so much fun? It definitely beats watching re-runs all day.
Oh... mom's calling me for dinner. Could this mean we're eating as a family tonight - like the good, ol' days? Guess I better go and see.
