It's a brand new season and a brand new year and that means the celebs are out and about, strutting in their best (or worst) duds. We've caught a few of your favorite singers and movie stars in the limelight this Spring and we're letting you decide whether they deserve a ticket for a fashion felony or an award for their traffic-stopping style. We have to commend Christina Aguilera for exchanging that peroxide rat's nest for her latest darker 'do, but what's up with the choice in clothes? No matter how nice a body you think you have, barely-there, spandex bodysuits are not cool or flattering. Then there's Jessica Simpson's other half, Nick Lachey, who thinks it's still cool to go out in public wearing paisley-print pants and a pleather jacket. Oh wait!
