Aragog sure is tough - for starters she's the size of a bus! Here's a walkthrough of the best tricks & strategies to use to beat Aragog in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets for Game Boy Color:

#1 - Save your game before you go in to battle Aragog.

#2 - Use Scabers' special "Black Death" attack to reduce Aragog's attack power so Harry Potter and Ron Weasley won't get hurt as much.

#3 - Hit Aragog with Incendio as often as you can to cause serious damage.

#4 - If you get poisoned, use a curing item to stop the poison right away.

#5 - If you don't win the battle, load your game and fight the small (well... smaller) spiders in the forest to power up Harry Potter and Ron Weasley so they have more life points and stronger magic. Then go back to step #1 and try again.

These Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets game hints should help you stomp Aragog, or at least scare her off long enough for you to run away!
