The coolest, funkiest awards show hit NYC last Thursday, and so did a lot of fashion dos and don'ts. Sure, the gossip is still wagging about Madonna making out with Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera - not to mention the look on Justin Timberlake's face - but the real scandal was the clothes. Kelly Osbourne: Now we love the dressed-down look as much as anybody, but Kelly Osbourne's sloppy shirt and crooked tiara are a bit much. This is what you wear around the house when you're boyfriend dumps you and you're wicked depressed, not something you put on to parade down the red carpet at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards.

Serena Williams: This ace tennis star may dominate the courts but when it comes to fashion, she's not a winner. Hey Serena Williams! FYI - bra straps are not the latest cool accessory. And, although it worked for Justin Timberlake, the running shoes with the dress doesn't work at all.
