Javier High Notes

Javier is an old-skool R&B man. Javier's sound is mellow, refined and groovy. Javier sounds a lot like Boyz II Men, if there were only one of them. (FYI: Boyz II Men are a group of guys who sung a lot of mushy slow songs in the early '90s). Javier's got a bit of an Usher feel to him too. Javier's first single, Crazy, is pretty cool and has some smooth beats to it. The tune Slow Motion is very catchy and has groovy lyrics.

Javier Sour Notes

Javier sounds just a little too much like every other R&B guy who's ever done a slow tune. And boy, does Javier dig the slow tunes. This album has lot of slow songs and a few mid-tempo tunes but nothing in the shake-your-booty vibe. This is definitely not the CD for your next big dance party.

Javier The Final Word

This CD isn't for everyone. You've really got to be an R&B lover to dig Javiers lyrics and music. If you are an R&B fan, Javier is a dream come true.
