Mookie Swing Ball Review

Dec 27, 2006

Looking for a new game to add a little bounce and swing to your life? Kidzworld checks out Swing Ball from Mookie Toys.

What Is Swing Ball?

Swing Ball is similar to tether ball, except players slap the ball with a plastic racquet, rather than their hands. Players take turns hitting the foam ball around a grooved head at the top of a pole. The winner is the first person to wrap the ball around one end of the grooved head. Swing Ball should be played in an area that has plenty of open space. Your backyard or a park would be a much better place to play than your kitchen or living room.

How Does Swing Ball Rate?

The great thing about Swing Ball is that it's easy to put together and you can take it anywhere. The game folds up into its own carrying case, so it's perfect for taking to the beach, the park or to a friend's house. Swing Ball isn't a game that will keep you entertained all day, but it's a pretty good way to waste some time and exercise your arms. It's fun to bash the ball as hard as you can and because the ball's made of foam, no one's gonna get hurt. You can play Swing Ball from Mookie Toys to your heart's content for around $20 US.
