You need a hand to catch a Relicanth Pokemon? Not a problem! Here's a video game walkthrough for Pokemon Sapphire that'll help you catch one!Capturing a Relicanth Pokemon in Pokemon Sapphire
Capturing Relicanth Pokemon isn't that hard, once you know where to find them. The problem is that they're tricky to find because they all hang out underwater near Sootopolis City! So, to catch 'em all, you need to have the HM-08 Dive, which will let you get under the water to find the Relicanth. You also need to get to Sootopolis City of course!Getting the HM-08 Dive in Pokemon Sapphire
The HM-08 Dive is the last HM to collect in the game and you'll get it from Mossdeep City. When you get to the island city, heal your Pokemon then go to the house in the Northwest corner. Inside is the guy who'll give you the HM-08 Dive that you need! You'll also find the 7th Pokemon Gym in Mossdeep City and a good fishing rod for catching Water Pokemon. The gym boss here is a two-on-two battle of Psychic Pokemon so get your Grass Pokemon ready and you'll kick butt.
